The sweet potatoes looked much fresher at the store today so I got some to bake up according to this recipe I found online. The recipe is simple and turned out alright, but I didn't taste anything other than sweet potato. I'm not complaining, but I don't need a recipe to tell me to cut up a tuber and bake it in the oven. In any case, sweet potatoes are chock full of vitamins and minerals and taste sweet, but have a low glycemic index.
Simple as it is, it counts as my 76th recipe. Just 24 more to go towards my challenge.
