My GPS watch says I ran 3.1 miles in 29:30 for a pace of 9:29/mile.  I averaged 6.3mph with a max speed of 13.1mph.  My heart averaged 156bpm with a max of 175bpm.  The pace is faster than last time because I jogged both cool down laps. 
There is still work to do to get faster.
