Yesterday morning I was able to do 200 consecutive calf raises holding an 8lb medicine ball. It wasn't one of my main challenges (pullups, pushups and squats), but it's better than nothing.
I'll do a new calf raise challenge on an anti-fatigue mat holding 10lb kettlebells in each hand. I'm not sure how much tougher it'll be, but I'll find out tomorrow.
My progress in the other fitness challenges is going slowly. I can now easily do four pullups, but my pushups and bodyweight dips are laggin' a bit.
