I just got done signing closing documents for the past 1.5 hours on my refinance. I'm locked in for thirty years at 1.25 points lower than my original mortgage so I'll save money, but some of that I had to give back in a doubled PMI. The bank also ate less of the closing costs than anticipated, but I'll live.
It took nearly three frickin' months to close, but it's done so it's all good.
