Track work

Even though it's hot and humid out, I went to track this morning to put some work in.  I was able to jog two warm up laps, jog/sprint four laps, jog two cool down laps and then walked two more laps.  The easy laps outnumber the hard laps, but it's alright.

I need to get back to where I could sprint over 15mph.
