I got a blister hiking last Saturday so I wasn't really able to wear shoes this past week. No shoes + a lot of rain = little fitness activity and it shows in the graph. Both my weight and body fat are trending up in the wrong direction, but I'm not that surprised. I haven't been active and I've been eating a lot of crap. I've just about undone about half of the improvement from last summer. Not cool. Fortunately, I can do something about it so there's no need for crying.
