I was able to more or less hold steady this week. I didn't get enough physical activity in, but did do a 16 mile bike ride on Wednesday and a 7 mile hike on Thursday. Those two events more or less compensated for all the sugar I ate and the tournament I watched.
It'll be better once I start up a new job because I know the unemployment stress is not good for me and that I'm eating a lot more than I should. Once I get a new job, I can move to a rented house and there I can jump rope like crazy. Over the years I've found that jumping rope gets me into the best shape the fastest. It's great because I only need to do it for a few minutes each day.
