On Sunday I made meatloaf in my crockpot using a recipe I found online. I used raisins since Wikipedia said sultanas were dried Thompson grapes. It turned out alright and made a ton of meatloaf.

I've probably eaten about a fifth of it since Sunday and will be eating it for many more meals after I get back from my Xmas vacation.

Is what looks like a chunk of mud meatloaf? You could have used golden raisins. I believe it's close to sultana or it is sultana.
The tomato paste is what gave it the muddy brown color.
