Question #11: You're having lunch with three people you respect and admire. They all start criticizing a close friend of yours, not knowing she is your friend. The criticism is distasteful and unjustified. What do you do?
I'd tell them she's a friend of mine and they're welcome to continue to bash her if they want me to bring the ruckus. I'm definitely not going to sit there idly. Everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but that doesn't mean I'm going to let a friend get trashed.
