It's Sunday which means a slow cooker meal for dinner. Tonight was pork chops using a recipe found online. They were definitely tasty and tender, but a little too salty even though I used low sodium soy sauce. I would suggest cutting the soy sauce in half and using barbecue sauce, more ketchup or perhaps some honey instead. I'd also double the recipe for more sauce.
I've now polished off 83 recipes towards my challenge. Sweet.
