Thousand Island dressing
My friend makes her own Thousand Island dressing and forwarded me the
Epicurious recipe
. I gave it a shot tonight and here's the result:
It smells like it should, but I haven't tried it yet. I didn't have any parsley, but I don't think that's a critical ingredient.
I've now finished 80 recipes towards
my challenge
. Just 20 more.
