I played squash twice this week and kept up with my pushups and situps. I also tried to eat better and avoid the leftover Halloween candy that people bring to work. My weight is about the same as last week, but my body fat percentage dropped which works out to a pound of fat lost and replaced by muscle. Super sweet.
I've improved my fitness each week for the past month so my renewed interest in getting ripped is working. Let's see if I can keep it up when it gets even colder out.
