Even though my only exercise this week was shoveling snow for 2.5 hours Wednesday morning and playing 1.75 hours of basketball Thursday night, I still lost more than a pound of fat this week. Sweet. I still eat too much sugar and have been jonesin' for it since the Super Bowl. I'll probably need to go on a sugar detox diet soon, but I was given some cupcakes last night and I can't let those go to waste eh?
I need to maintain the fitness momentum I've been building this year.
