For the past week or so I've felt nigh unstoppable. I've been eating well - the only crap I've had is a small piece of cake and a vanilla cream on my birthday - and I've been keeping up with my exercises. I weighed myself this morning and I'm down about five fat pounds since last week. Now it's hard to say what the error bars are on that measurement, but I definitely feel lean and mean.
I plan on keeping up my regimen so we'll see if I can turn this peak into a plateau.
