Messed up sleep schedule

Last night I went to bed at 21:20 because I was exhausted.  I slept pretty well for about an hour or so and then woke up all of a sudden, bright eyed.  I tried to go back to sleep, but I ended up tossing and turning until about 5:15 when I got up.  I'm not sure I've had a good night's sleep in a long ass time and one's overdue for sure.

I guess I should get some Benadryl or something to knock me out, but I'm not a believer in better living through chemistry.  Maybe I'll take some melatonin tonight since that's more natural.  I guess I could also try to stay up until I pass out, but I'm not sure that's going to work.

Any suggestions?
