Fitness update


Today I set a new record low for body fat percentage with 24.7%.  As you can see from the graph above, today marks the first time I've broken 25%.  Super sweet.  My goal is to get below 20%.  We'll see.

If you believe these measurements, I lost nearly 4 pounds of fat this week.  I played badminton Monday night, basketball Thursday night and hit a squash ball around yesterday afternoon, but I'm not sure those new activities would be enough.  I also started jumping rope in the mornings again.  Hmmm...

I feel good which is the whole point of getting in shape.  We'll see if I can keep it up.
