I like to cook a lot of food over the weekend since I don't have as much time during the week. Indian food is usually pretty tasty, healthy and easy to make. Tonight I made something called Mulligatawny Soup.
Unlike many of my previous attempts at cooking Indian, it tasted as good/spicy as it smells. I left out the celery and added a bit more rice. I think I used a little too much heavy cream, but I would definitely make this recipe again.
Since this recipe is new, it counts towards Item 37 on my 101 in 1001 days list. Sweet. It's good to make progress.
