Fitness update

Gah.  Not much progress this week.  The food orgy over the 4th holiday ruined any benefits from hiking on the 3rd.

I gained about 0.3lbs of fat this week and now am only down one pound of fat since my road trip.  My goal is shed ten so I've got 9lbs to go and I've been going in the wrong direction recently.
