Serbian moussaka

Last night, I made Serbian moussaka from a recipe from a former coworker who is originally from Serbia. Unlike Greek moussaka, this version is based on potatoes.

It was filling, but a little bland. I think I would add cheese next time to add more flavor. It's also probably more tasty during the winter when it's cold out.

I did get a chance to try out my new cast iron Dutch oven.

I've now polished off 46 new recipes towards my challenge.

I can't figure out why the picture is rotated; it must be a setting on my camera, but if I wanted to rotate the shot, I would've rotated my camera. Gah.
