I was pretty wiped and couldn't actually do a single pullup.
Evening: isometrics
- (Wall press (3 angles) for 5 breaths, overhead press (3 angles) for 5 breaths, bent over row (2 angles) for 5 breaths) x 4
I was actually a little sore.
