Unfortunately, little to no progress was made this week. As I start to get into things at work, I'm more tired when I get home. That's a pretty piss poor excuse, but it's all I have. My weight and body fat percentage more or less held steady whereas I'd like to see them both decline. I'm going to Florida for Memorial Day weekend and will be shirtless down there while on the beach. I don't want to embarrass myself too much so I'm going to use that trip as motivation to get into shape.
I would go hiking more, but it has been rainy lately and I don't have my fully waterproof boots with me since they are still in storage.
