Fitness update

Well, it's not looking that great. As you can see from the chart above, I'm still trending upwards. I've been trying to eat less sugar, but it's tough because I self-medicate with food and sugar especially. I have been doing my strength training and it's working, but I'm getting stronger without losing weight which is pretty common for me. Fortunately, I'm going for a long ass hike early today weather permitting.
