I think that I've managed to stall the recent upward trend, but it's tough to tell. I'm no longer going to track the body fat percentage daily, but I will the weight so that I can input it into my 50 Million Pounds challenge.
I need to get more active. I think I eat pretty well so I've got that part of the equation covered. I will go hiking again today, but hiking once every couple of weeks doesn't really count. I need to find an ultimate frisbee group or pickup basketball or something like that.
