Fitness update


I've been out of town for the past couple of Saturdays so I haven't updated my fitness since then.  As you can see, I gained a couple of fat pounds thanks to overeating and inactivity.  No big deal since I'll get back on the horse tomorrow.

One of my 101 goals is to get my body fat percentage below 20% within three years.  It's going to be tough because, but I did drop four percentage points since the middle of this year.  I need to be more disciplined than I have been lately.
