Hmmm... I lost nearly 5 lbs, but my body fat increased. My back was bugging me for most of last week so I didn't do any exercise other than bouncing on my trampoline each morning. I'm not sure why I lost a lot of weight though. Maybe I wasn't eating much. I hit the track this morning and I'll try to get back on my regular exercise schedule for this week to keep my body fat trending downward.
