Fitness update


I made some decent progress this past week, but it was probably mostly due to last Saturday's hike.  I did my strength training during the week, but my knees are still a little jacked up so I didn't do much else.  Not good.  I need to find aerobic activity.  I also need to get back to jumping rope every day.  I'm not sure how I got out of that habit, but I'm lazy by nature so it's a constant struggle to stay active.

I lost just under two pounds of fat over the past week.  Not too shabby.
