Sukhothai

I was down in Fishkill today and went out for Thai food for lunch. My colleague and I went to Sukhothai in Beacon. I had yellow curry with shrimp. It was alright, but nothing particularly noteworthy. The place was pretty much empty, but it was at the ass end of Beacon.

I've now tried five new restaurants for my challenge.
