Beef stroganoff

Tonight's dinner was beef stroganoff over rice, cooked using a recipe from Bittman's Best Recipes in the World cookbook.  I'm not going to list the recipe because it turned out pretty bland.  The meat wasn't as tender as it could be, which is my fault, but there wasn't much to it either.

It's not terrible, but nothing memorable.

At least it counts as another recipe.  Just 13 to go.
