I was exhausted last night for some reason so I went to bed at 21:30. I woke up at 3 and realized it would be stupid to get up then so I went back to bed. I slept until my alarm woke me up at 5:30. I was pretty groggy and thought about going back to bed, but I went down and did my exercises instead.
Exercising is a good way for me to wake up and I definitely think I'm getting leaner and stronger. I'll probably crash around noon today, but at least I got to work early enough to get a good parking spot.
