Djuvec

Tonight's dinner was also from a recipe courtesy of Zorana, Djuvec. I'm not sure what it translates to, but it has pork, vegetables and rice in it. I'm surprised it's authentic Serbian since there isn't any paprika.

It turned out well, but too soupy again. The picture she's got up shows it to be fairly dry. In the future, I'll add a lot less water in whatever recipe I get from her. I was able to sop up the liquid with bread, but the water adds quite a bit of volume.

I would make this dish again since it's healthful. It's a new recipe to me so it counts towards my challenge. I've got just six more to go.
