It's Sunday so dinner was out of the slow cooker. My mom sent me a slow cooker recipe book and so I thought I would try something out. I chose a peanut chicken dish. I have to give it an incomplete. I was in a hurry to eat it because I was hungry and so I forgot to add the coconut milk and peas at the end. I'm not sure it would've helped since it was not spicy and didn't have much flavor at all.
I do not recommend this recipe.
It does count as a new recipe for me so just 8 more to go towards my challenge.
