Never Gymless Day 49

Evening: explosive strength
  • (8 front-clap plyometric pushups, 12 squat jumps) x 4
  • (10 blue band one-arm pulls, 20 medicine ball ankle hops) x 4
The pushups weren't too bad.  I think I could've tried a back clap on a couple of them, but I don't want to risk breaking my nose if I face plant.
