I gave Yoga X another shot this morning and the yoga blocks made all the difference. I was able to "do" more of the poses without falling over as much. I didn't finish the DVD because the last 15 minutes are ab exercises and I do plenty of those with Ab Ripper X three times a week so I don't want to overdo it.
I think I'm grumpy afterwards because the yoga is releasing toxins from my body. It's good to flush them out, but it's an unpleasant feeling. Heh. Maybe that's just new age bull spit.
