Last weekend I drove over to Ithaca to visit some friends and to play ultimate frisbee. There was a hat tournament organized, but it was relatively hot out and the turnout was enough for just two teams so we played pickup. Some fools complained, but there was no charge for the tournament so they got two hours of exercise in the sun for free.
My fitness regimen is working since I was able to run around without getting overly winded, but I still feel a little slow which suggests to me I'm overtraining. I dropped a couple of passes and made some poor throws, but it wasn't too bad for my first ultimate experience of the year.
