Walk walk walk
Ah. I feel much better when I walk to work. It is much cooler today than last week and there is even a nice breeze. I managed to walk the 2.1 miles in less than 30 minutes, which is pretty good. I feel stronger as well. If I had started walking or biking to work last year, I would've achieved all of my fitness goals by now. Oh well.
