Fitness update


Shoot.  My weight is staying down, but my body fat percentage shot up.  It could be because it's cold out and humidity does change the reading, but it could also be the crap I've been eating this week.  Not cool.

I need to find a sport to do during the week.  I'm going on 10 mile hike today so that should help, but I definitely need to get more active.
