I did my morning exercises after a two day break and I'm feeling pretty good. I'm definitely getting much stronger and I think I'm starting to get leaner. One consequence is I feel more aggressive. This lady honked at me this morning for not letting her into the traffic circle ahead of me even though I was in it already and she has the yield sign. I flipped her off which is something I try to avoid. I don't think she saw me though.
I feel like Hulk smashing something or someone. I probably should sign up for a boxing class to get out my aggression.
