Stappers are tougher

This morning was my first experience with stappers.  You do a particular exercise continuously for a set length of time.  I could do the back lunges without resting for 10 minutes, but needed to rest frequently during the 8 minute let-me-ins and the 6 minute push-ups.  It was tough, but I definitely feel better and stronger for it.

My ten week basic program is nearly over and I thought I would try the next level up, but the past couple of days have suggested I should stick with the basic program for at least another cycle.  It's not a competition so there's no shame in doing the lowest level since it's a pretty challenging program.

I think I could make better progress if I ate better, but I love me some sugar.
