Tabatas are tough

This morning was my first experience with tabatas.  You do 8 rounds of 20 seconds of exercise + 10 seconds of rest for a total of three minutes.  I did three different exercises for a total of 12 minutes.  It may not sound like much, but it was pretty tough.  It's all for the good though since I need to be strong enough to back up my aggression.
