Never Gymless Day 14

Morning: explosive strength workout
  • (8 plyometric pushups, 12 squat jumps) x 4
  • (6 one blue band arm pulls per arm, 20 ankle hops) x 4
I still need to add some more exercises, but these are pretty effective.  I'm not getting much air with my plyometric pushups, but it'll come.
