I slept in a bit this morning so I'd say my energy level has just been ok. I got third during the second round of mitt work during boxing when I usually last the full three rounds.
My mood has been pretty good. It was a nice day out and I'm going on vacation soon.
These are gone. I get body hungry, but no longer mind hungry.
I can also tell the diet is working because I pee mostly water and dooker infrequently. I guess those add up to an efficient gut which is always a good thing.
