Whole 30: Day 29

Energy level:
I had very little energy today because I slept poorly last night.

Mood:
My mood was just ok.

Cravings:
No cravings today except maybe for some butter.

Progress:
I'm still maintaining roughly five pounds of fat loss which is good for a month.  I'm also down nearly two inches off my spare tire.  My torso is much more solid now.

maybe i should get a fact sheet like this losing weight is always such a pain especially if u r a foodie
