Breakfast: Two fried eggs
Lunch: Big salad with imitation crab, chickpeas and kidney beans.
Dinner: Broiled flank steak, asparagus, salad and a glass of milk
Snack: Cheddar cheese
Exercise: None
Damn. I'm seriously sick of salad and cheese. I can't wait for Phase II when I can eat some carbs. I'll get some wild/brown rice and whole grain carbs at the store this weekend in preparation. I'll be able to eat oatmeal for breakfast as well and finally fruit.
