Never Gymless Day 19

Morning: explosive strength workout
  • (8 plyometric pushups, 12 squat jumps) x 4
  • (6 one-armed blue band pulls, 20 ankle hops) x 4
I'm still not able to get much lift out of my pushups, but the band pulls weren't that tough unless I started with the band under quite a bit of tension so I'm definitely getting stronger.
