Even though I jammed my finger playing basketball on Thursday, I had a pretty good week from a health-perspective. I didn't make it to badminton, but I did get to volleyball and basketball. I also ate pretty well and jumped rope and bounced on my trampoline in the mornings.
As you can see from above, I'm as light now as I've been in the nearly three years since I started keeping track of my weight and body fat. I was also able to bring my body fat percentage down near my record low which means I lost 3.7 lbs of fat this week. Not too shabby.
I'm feeling pretty good from a health-perspective and my energy level is much higher than it was during the winter.
