Sweet. I've completed 25% of my new recipe challenge because I made picante pork chile out of my white trash cookbook.
I served it over Spanish rice. It turned out pretty well, but I'm not sure I would make it again. It's quick and tastes good, but I think there is other stuff I'd rather have.
