My scale told me I gained four pounds of fat this week which I'm having a hard time believing, but my week was light on cardio since badminton is done and I had to skip volleyball and basketball because of my finger. It's only been about a week since I injured it and I think it needs another week to heal before I stress it.
I seem to be yo-yoing around 23% the past few weeks so it's possible I've hit a plateau. I know I need to add in some more vigorous exercise. I'd like to start hiking again, but the hikes posted have been longer than what I'd like to do for my first hike of the season. I need something in the 5-10 mile range.
