For dinner tonight I made beans with meat. I used chicken sausage and some kind of bacon. It's called smoked jowl bacon and seems to be nearly all fat. I probably have too much meat in the dish, but it was tasty served over brown rice. Beans and rice are complementary proteins so it's good to eat them together.
I've now banged out 30 recipes so I'm 30% through my recipe task in my challenge.
