I've been more diligent about my strength training and have started doing pull-ups in addition to using the resistance band and the kettlebells. I can tell that I'm getting stronger and I also feel like I've got more testosterone because I'm more aggressive than usual. When I'm walking around, I look around to see who I can beat up and who I might have trouble with. Of course, there is always the five year old problem: there is a finite number of five year olds needed to take down anyone, no matter how strong. I wonder what my number is.
I'd like to take down people who drive while using cell phones and people who roll stop signs.
