I've been diligent about my exercising so my metabolism is shifting. When that happens, I get insatiably hungry all the time. I probably could've eaten three lunches today. When I got home, I had a few teaspoons of peanut butter and some cheese to take the edge off.
My main goal is to try to eat filling snacks when I feel like this rather than sugar.
